Terms of service

Last updated: 13 June 2026

1. Provider

This service is operated by:

Sven Perlberg
Lydia-Rabinowitsch-Straße 8
10557 Berlin, Germany
Email: help@onepassphoto.com

2. What we provide

OnePassPhoto is software that formats and checks a photo against official government requirements for passports, visas and IDs. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any. We do not submit applications on your behalf. The final decision on a photo always rests with the issuing authority.

3. Free preview and pricing

You can check a photo for free before you pay. The price is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Prices include any taxes that apply.

4. Orders and payment

A contract is formed when you complete payment, which is handled by Stripe. You receive a digital photo for download. Printed photos are optional and are produced to order.

5. Right of withdrawal

For digital photos delivered immediately, you expressly request that we begin performance at once and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. Printed photos are produced to your individual specification and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights in case of defects are unaffected.

6. Our money-back guarantee

Separately from your statutory rights, if a photo we produced is rejected by the issuing authority for a reason within our control, we refund you in full. See our refund policy.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to use the image you upload and that it shows the person the document is for. You agree to use the service only for genuine document photos and not for any unlawful purpose.

8. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and check your photo against the official rules available to us. Because requirements can change and acceptance is decided by the issuing authority, we cannot guarantee acceptance in every case. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; this does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health.

9. Consumer dispute resolution

We are not obliged, and are not currently willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
